Civil Construction & Site Servicing
Complete civil packages for commercial, institutional and residential developments: bulk and detailed excavation, structural backfill, deep and shallow site servicing, storm and sanitary systems, watermains, duct banks, and curb, gutter and sidewalk reinstatement. We self-perform the full scope with our own crews and equipment, coordinate with the design team and other trades, and deliver to municipal and engineer-specified standards on schedules that developers and general contractors can plan around.
Mining Construction
Surface infrastructure for new mine developments and operating mines: portal excavation and pads, haul and access roads, settling and water-management ponds with liner systems, dump and stockpile management, storm drainage and exploration support. Our crews work within the owner’s safety and environmental management systems on remote sites, mobilizing people, fuel and equipment where there is no second chance on a start — and we have delivered multi-season mine programs without a recordable incident.
Industrial Construction
Civil works for sawmills, plants and processing facilities across BC, Alberta and Saskatchewan: greenfield site development, foundations excavation and backfill, yard grading and drainage, access roads, utility corridors and infrastructure renewals. We are experienced in executing around live production where a shutdown costs the owner far more than the civil scope, planning our sequencing, traffic and utility work so the facility keeps running.
Road Building & Highway Construction
Highway, secondary road and access road construction to BC Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure standards: grading and subgrade preparation, granular structures, drainage and culvert installation, guardrail and highway reinstatement. Our quality control program is built around MOTI’s documentation and testing requirements, so owners receive a road that is built right, verified, and designed to last.
Earthworks, Grading & Land Clearing
Bulk earthworks and mass excavation, cut-to-fill operations, engineered fills, site grading and land clearing for industrial, resource and development sites. With owned scrapers, excavators, rock trucks and support equipment operated by long-tenured crews, we move large volumes efficiently and hold grade to specification — in the conditions and seasons that western Canadian projects demand.
Underground Utilities & Municipal Infrastructure
Sanitary sewer, storm sewer and watermain installation, repair and replacement for municipalities and utilities — including live trunk sewer replacement with full bypass pumping, deep shored trenches in saturated ground, HDPE fusion, laser grade control and full road reinstatement. We deliver municipal programs from bid through closeout, in occupied streets where residents and businesses stay in service throughout.
Bridge & Culvert Civil Works
Civil scopes for bridge and large-diameter culvert projects: structure excavation, precast box culvert placement, creek diversion and rechannelization, riprap and bank armouring, geotextile and drainage works, and approach reinstatement. Watercourse work carries environmental timing windows, sediment control and staged inspections beyond the civil scope, and our teams plan and document every stage accordingly.
