Our project management systems also allow for a variety of contractual options for our clients to match their project preferences and suit specific project needs.
Quality Control System
Our quality control programs are inline with ISO 9001 standards and meet many Canadian and international standards so we can provide real value on projects for clients such as MOTT, specialized industrial and commercial clients that produce complex projects that require the highest standards of quality and documentation. Our systems are aimed to satisfy even the most complex projects and are flexible enough to adapt to client specific needs.
Safety Program
Our team takes safety as a top priority as we genuinely care about our employees, subcontractors we work with and the industry professionals that are involved in our projects. We believe that projects truly can not be successful if someone gets hurt. This is why RAM has adopted BCCSA COR standards for our safety program and lead by example with a strong safety culture. Our program includes specific safety programs for each project. Each new site we arrive at has a different set of hazards and requires proper assessment and deserves it’s own specific program. We’ve proven our system works with a 0 TRIR and low incident rate that keeps all our partners safe.
