CIVIL CONSTRUCTION
RAM has worked in various municipalities across western Canada constructing and replacing watermains, sanitary and storm sewer mains, street reconstruction and installation of various other utilities. This can be complex and challenging work with lots of moving parts, but our experience and history in this field makes us shine above the rest.

RAM's team relies on a custom project management system that is composed of various project management software, trained and experienced project managers and a series of systems and processes that ensure projects are planned right from the beginning. Once a project gets to the construction stage, additional processes are put in place to ensure it stays on track. If a project begins to show potentials for schedule or cost over runs, mitigation methods are immediately put into place to steer it back in the right direction and the owner is notified. Transparency is important to all parties involved on a project and we take it seriously.
